My Issues

View a member's current loans, due dates, and loan history.

My Issues provides a focused view of what a specific member currently has on loan. Use it to answer a member's query about which books they have borrowed, when items are due, or whether an item has been recorded as returned. You can also access the member's full historical loan record and initiate renewals or returns directly from this screen.

Actions from My Issues

Several circulation actions can be initiated directly from the My Issues screen without navigating away.

Action How to use
Renew a single item Click Renew on the specific loan row. The system checks the renewal limit and updates the due date if renewals remain.
Return a single item Click Return on the specific loan row. The item is discharged and any applicable fine is posted.
Return all items Click Bulk return all at the top of the loan list. All current loans are discharged in one operation. See also Bulk Returns.
Print loan list Click Print to generate a printable list of the member's current loans and due dates โ€” useful to hand to the member as a reminder.
โš
Using Return from My Issues has the same effect as processing the return via the Front Desk โ€” fines are calculated and posted automatically. Ensure the physical item has actually been received before clicking Return.
